THE VISION

One of the first things people notice about Winslowe's View is how deeply connected it feels with its natural surroundings.

From concept in the early 2000s to completion a decade later, the entire community was thoughtfully planned and carefully built to seamlessly blend into the hills and hollows of Plymouth’s ancient woods.

Each New England cottage-style townhome - with first-floor primary bedroom and laundry, garage, and inviting outdoor living spaces - is attentively placed to tread lightly on the land, fostering a sense of privacy and a deep kinship with nature.

With its commitment to environmental harmony, Winslowe's View has won numerous awards - including Best Attached Home Community and Best Landscape Design recognition - from the National Association of Home Builders and the Builders & Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.

THE VIEW

When you live at Winslowe's View, the beauty and splendor of the great outdoors are your constant companions.

Inside each meticulously designed home, artfully placed windows - some spanning from floor to ceiling and wall-to-wall - frame the rolling green landscape, drawing it into beautiful sun-drenched living spaces.

Outside, a generously proportioned deck and lovely private courtyard space beckon, inviting you to linger, tend your garden, cook on the grill, and lose yourself in a breathtaking natural woodland or championship golf course view.

Nestled among tall pines and rolling hills, 550 charming townhouses dot the Winslowe's View landscape, which spans 220 beautifully maintained acres.

THE VALUE

Living at Winslowe's View delivers on the promise of worry-free home ownership.

Professional on-site property management ensures the seamless handling of routine and seasonal upkeep - including building maintenance, landscaping, waste collection, and snow removal.

Recent major renovations have enhanced every townhome with a new roof as well as premium-grade composite siding with an ironclad 30-year warranty. New windows, doors, sliders, exterior lighting, and white picket fences rounded out these improvements.

Work is currently underway on a phased multi-year project to refresh the Winslowe's View landscape with low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, and colorful native trees, shrubs, and perennials.

Together, these efforts enhance the neighborhood's visual appeal, increase the value of every home, and minimize the risk of unforeseen expenses.

THE VILLAGE

A short and pleasant journey down the road from Winslowe's View is the Pinehills Village Green, where residents of and visitors to the award-winning master planned community can be found shopping, dining, running errands, and connecting with friends and family.

Just around the corner are the acclaimed Mirbeau Inn & Spa and a pair of 18-hole championship courses that together comprise the Pinehills Golf Club.

And at the always busy Stonebridge Club, residents and guests can grab morning coffee and a good book in the great room, work out in a well-appointed gym, swim laps or play tennis, and participate in a variety of clubs, classes, and special events.

With a classic New England feel and tranquil suburban setting, the Pinehills is made up of some 40 charming condominium, cottage, estate, and apartment home neighborhoods. Two-thirds of its 3,000 acres are reserved for open space and passive recreation.

THE VICINITY

Known as "America's Hometown" with tens of millions of U.S. citizens tracing their ancestry to passengers of the Mayflower, Plymouth is more than four centuries old and the largest town by land area in Massachusetts.

From the tiny settlement of 50 saints, strangers, and crew who survived the first winter after a grueling Trans-Atlantic voyage in 1620, Plymouth has grown into a dynamic and thriving community of more than 65,000 people today.

With 37 miles of coastline and a landscape dotted with pine forests and cranberry bogs, Plymouth is about 40 miles south of Boston and 7 miles north of Cape Cod. There is a municipal airport in town and commuter rail service is available from nearby Kingston and Middleborough.

Plymouth boasts a vibrant downtown, nine beautiful public beaches, major historic sites and attractions, remarkable museums and performing arts venues, abundant shopping, and some of the freshest seafood you'll ever taste.
